Assistant Principal's Message
Welcome Back, Hoffer Community!
I’m so excited to welcome everyone back as we kick off another school year here at Hoffer Elementary! My name is Kandice Trammell, and I am proud to be entering my second year as Assistant Principal. It’s truly an honor to be a part of such a vibrant and supportive school community. I can’t wait to continue collaborating with our amazing staff, our dedicated families, and most importantly, our incredible students as we make this year one of growth, discovery, and success.
With over 14 years of experience in education, I’ve had the privilege of serving the Banning community in various roles: as a teacher, instructional coach, and administrator. I’ve worked at Hemmerling and Morongo School, and I hold both a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master’s Degree in Education from National University.
As a lifelong resident of Banning and a proud Banning High School graduate, the district-wide theme this year, “We Are Banning,” deeply resonates with me. I have a strong, personal connection to this community, as my family has been a part of Banning for over 80 years—my father and grandfather even attended Hoffer Elementary! Being able to serve the students of this school and community is truly a privilege, and I am grateful to work alongside our Principal, Mrs. Ramirez, in supporting our students’ success.
At Hoffer Elementary, we are dedicated to creating an environment where every student can excel- academically, socially, and emotionally.
