Dear Hoffer Community,
Welcome to the start of an exciting new school year! As the proud Principal of Hoffer Elementary School, I am filled with joy and excitement as we kick off the 2025-2026 school year, ready to learn, grow, and achieve together. We have so many incredible experiences planned, and we can’t wait to create lasting memories with our students, families, and the Banning community.
A brief introduction—this year marks over 18 years of experience in the field of education. Throughout my career, I have served in a variety of roles, including Paraeducator, ABA Therapist, Dyslexia and Reading Tutor, Special Education Teacher, Adjunct Professor, and School Administrator. These diverse experiences have shaped my commitment to supporting students, staff, and families in achieving academic success.
At Hoffer Elementary, we are proud to be an AVID, PBIS, and STEAM-focused school, committed to building strong academic foundations while fostering curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. Our goal is to provide a learning environment where students thrive academically while being supported by positive, caring staff who make learning engaging and fun every day.
This year, Banning Unified’s theme “We Are Banning” continues to remind us of the incredible impact we create when we come together as a united community. Like ripples in water, every act of dedication, encouragement, and collaboration adds to the success of our students and school.
