On behalf of the #BanningUSD Board of Trustees & Superintendent Davis, we are excited to announce Timothy Worthington as Assistant Principal for Nicolet MS.
Mr. Worthington has over 28 years of experience in Education. Seven of those years were spent as a classroom teacher and the rest were spent as an Administrator for Riverside County Office of Education in the Alternative Education Program.

Tuesday, 10/10 through Thursday, 10/12, New Horizon High School will follow the Minimum Day (Finals) Schedule so students can take 1st Quarter finals. A.M. students will attend from 9 am - 10:30 am, lunch from 10:32 am - 11:02 am, and P.M. students from 11:04 am - 12:34 pm. Friday is a regular day and students will follow the Regular Day Schedule. Let's finish 1st Quarter strong, Stallions!


The Banning Library District is hosting a workshop called, "Is That Healthy? How to Make Better Options" with Nutritionist Shafiqa Love.

Congrats to New Horizon High School for earning an Award of Excellence in Riverside County for having the highest # of ASVAB testers! The ASVAB is a timed, multi-aptitude test, which is developed and maintained by the Defense Department.
The ASVAB helps to determine whether you are a good fit to join the service, but also which service branch you might be best for and even what military jobs you can hold after you finish basic training or boot camp. The better your ASVAB score, the broader your options. Great job students & staff! #BanningUSD
